As a member of the Southeast Asia desk in ICPVTR, Amalina assesses terrorist threats and trends in the Southeast Asia (SEA) region, particularly in Singapore and Malaysia, and its evolving nature of terrorism and radicalization. Her current areas of research and interests include online extremism, terrorism financing, preventing and countering violent extremism policies and radicalisation of women in SEA. Amalina is fluent in three languages: Malay, English and Arabic.
